IDEAS TO PUT INTO PRACTICE

How to Download and Print Classroom PDF Resources

A practical guide to opening your purchased PDF, checking paper size and testing print settings before making classroom copies.

Find your completed purchase

Open My downloads and use your checkout or PayPal email to request a private sign-in link. You can also use the private receipt link for a completed order. If payment appears pending, check its status before paying again. Keep receipt and sign-in links out of public posts.

Save and open the PDF

Download the file to your device and open it in a PDF reader. Large resources may take longer to download on a slow connection. If the file does not open, check that the download finished, try opening the saved file again and contact support with the resource title if the problem continues.

Check paper size and orientation

Read the resource’s directions to find its intended paper size and orientation. Use your printer’s preview to check margins and page edges. A4 and US Letter are different sizes, so check the result when changing paper formats.

Choose scaling deliberately

Start with the setting recommended in the resource. Actual size preserves the intended dimensions when the printer and paper support them; fit-to-page can help avoid clipping but changes the scale. For pieces that must align or match a measurement, check dimensions on a test print.

Print one page first

Choose a page with text, outlines and an important shape. Check readability, contrast, orientation and whether anything is cut off. Select the specific pages you need before printing a class set. Use a black-and-white version only when it is included or when the preview shows the page remains readable in grayscale.

Get help with a file issue

If a page is missing or unreadable, contact Mallowmint Learning with the resource title, filename, affected page number and PayPal payment reference. Do not send passwords or private sign-in links. Refund and download support is explained in the store policy.
