Where are my purchased PDFs?
Open My downloads and enter the email you used at checkout or your PayPal payer email. Follow the private sign-in link sent to that address. A completed order’s private receipt link also works across devices. Keep both kinds of link private.
Do I need a ChatGPT account?
No. Customers use email access and PayPal checkout. Store administration is separate and restricted to the owner.
PayPal charged me, but I cannot find my download.
Do not pay again for the same order. Check your purchase library and receipt email, including spam. If the purchase is still missing, contact support with the resource title and PayPal payment reference. Never send your PayPal password or a sign-in link.
How do I preview a resource?
Open the product page and look for View preview or Try a free sample. These options appear only when a preview or a separate sample has been uploaded. Read the description for the complete contents.
What will I receive?
Products are digital PDF resources. No physical item is shipped. The product listing describes the activities, included pages and any answer key. Bundle buyers receive the combined PDF described in that bundle’s listing.
How should I print the PDF?
Download the PDF, open it in a PDF reader and check the resource’s own directions. Choose the matching paper size, preview the page and print one test page before making a full class set. Read our PDF printing guide for more help.
Can I share a purchased file?
Check the resource license and our terms of sale before sharing or making copies. Do not post the PDF, private receipt or download link publicly.
What if a file is missing, incorrect or will not open?
Email support with the resource title, filename, payment reference and a short explanation. We can investigate access and file issues. See our refunds and downloads policy for the purchase support process.
How do I stop newsletter emails?
Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or your private subscription management link. Buying a resource does not automatically subscribe you to store news.
