This notice describes the information used by the Mallowmint Learning store.

Who to contact
Mallowmint Learning is an independent digital resource store based in Morocco. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or questions about deleting information, email mallowmintlearning@gmail.com.
Information used to run the store
- Orders: resource titles, amounts, currency, PayPal order and capture references, payment status, checkout time, agreement version and time, and private download access details.
- Your browser: a private identifier that connects guest purchases and feedback to your browser. If you are already signed in, feedback or older purchases may also be associated with an account identifier. You do not need a ChatGPT account to shop.
- Feedback: the public display name, rating, text, moderation status, and dates you submit. Approved feedback is visible to visitors.
- Support: information you choose to send by email, such as an order reference or a description of a file problem.
- Optional activity: if you accept analytics, approximate store/product views, favorites, and cart actions linked to a random tab-session identifier and date. These are not a count of identified people.
Payments and hosting
PayPal processes payment credentials and payment approval. This store does not store full card numbers or your PayPal password. PayPal checkout components may load when you open the cart, and PayPal processes information under its own privacy notice. Purchase information may also be available to the seller within PayPal.
The store is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare services. Hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and secure the website. We use order information to provide downloads, confirm payments, handle support, and record refunds or reversals. We do not sell customer information or run advertising trackers.

You can decline analytics and still browse, buy, and download. Use to change your choice. Declining stops future optional activity recording; it does not automatically delete activity already recorded.
Clearing the essential customer cookie may remove this browser’s access to its purchase list. Keep your private receipt link to reopen an order on another device or after clearing browser data.
How long information is kept
Order and refund records are kept to deliver purchases, help with problems, maintain transaction records, and address disputes or applicable recordkeeping requirements. Reviews remain until removed or updated. Browser activity records are used for store reporting. Server records do not automatically disappear when you clear browser storage; contact us about a deletion request and we will review what can be removed, including any information that must be retained.
Your choices
You can change your analytics choice, clear browser storage, or contact us about information associated with an order or review. Include the order reference or public review name so we can identify the relevant information. We may need to verify the request before sharing or changing private purchase information.
Keeping receipt links private
A private receipt link grants access to the associated order without a login. Share it only with someone you intend to give that access to. Refunds and reversals can pause the associated download access.
Email newsletter
If you choose to follow Mallowmint Learning, we store your email address, subscription consent and date to send store news and new resources. Subscribing is optional and separate from purchasing or analytics. We do not add buyers automatically. You can unsubscribe using your private subscription link or contact us to request removal. The store owner can export the subscriber list for newsletter delivery; it is never public.
Customer email access
Optional email sign-in uses one-time links that expire after 15 minutes. We store hashed login and session tokens, email addresses, and a hashed request IP for rate limiting. Verified sessions last up to 30 days. Sign-in emails are delivered through Resend when enabled. An email verified before checkout, or the payer email returned by PayPal after payment confirmation, links purchases to your email. Older purchases require the private receipt link to link them. Marketing consent is separate; purchasing or signing in does not subscribe you to newsletters. Sign out on shared devices. Contact us for access or deletion requests; payment records may be retained where required.
