Terms of sale & resource use

Please review these terms before purchasing a digital resource.

1. What you are purchasing

Mallowmint Learning sells digital educational resources. The product listing describes the format, content, page count, intended grades, and included materials where applicable. Review the listing and any available preview before buying. No physical product is shipped.

2. Prices and payment

Prices and checkout totals are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed by PayPal. Review the final amount and any currency conversion shown by PayPal before approving. An approval screen alone does not unlock a file: download access is provided after the payment is confirmed as completed.

3. Digital delivery

You do not need a store account or a ChatGPT account to buy. After confirmed payment, your order page provides download links. My downloads remembers purchases on the checkout browser using an essential cookie. Save the private receipt link to open the order on another device. Anyone with that private link can access the associated order, so do not post or share it publicly.

At checkout you request that the digital files be made available immediately after payment. This request does not remove any mandatory consumer rights. If a file is missing or inaccessible, contact us with your PayPal order reference.

4. Permission to use a resource

Unless the product listing or an included license expressly grants different rights, one purchase permits one educator or home user to download and print the resource for their own classroom, teaching sessions, or home learners. You may provide copies to your own students and use a restricted digital classroom that only those students can access.

You may not resell the resource, claim it as your own, publish the original file on an open website, or distribute it to other educators or institutions. For school-wide or multiple-user use, contact us before sharing. Copyright remains with Mallowmint Learning or the licensors identified in the resource.

5. Refunds and problems

Our refund and download policy explains how to report duplicate charges, file problems, missing access, or a product that does not match its description. A refund or payment reversal pauses future download access for the associated order.

6. Feedback

You can submit feedback without an account. Your chosen display name, rating, and feedback become public only after moderation. Do not include another person’s private information, payment details, or receipt link. Reviews are not automatically verified-purchase reviews. We may hide spam, abuse, or irrelevant content; constructive criticism is welcome.

7. Your rights and updates

These terms do not exclude or limit rights that applicable law makes mandatory. The terms presented at checkout apply to that order. Future changes apply to future purchases unless applicable law requires otherwise.
